A message dated May 11, 1995, was read stating the Senate has passed           
CSHB 197(RES) with the following amendment and it is transmitted               
for consideration:                                                             
                                                                               
SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 197(FIN) am S                             
"An Act providing for exploration incentive credits for activities            
involving locatable and leasable mineral and coal deposits on                  
certain land in the state; and providing for an effective date."
